What method of cleaning is used?Hot water extraction / Steam cleaning. Our water reaches temps of 200 degrees, which cleans and sanitizes floors. Hot water extraction provides a deep clean.

How long does it take for carpets to dry?On average, 8 hours, but it depends on the padding thickness and other factors. Your technician will have fans drying rooms as they progress through your home for a quicker drying time!

Are your cleaning agents safe for children and pets?Yes, products used by SLG Carpet Cleaning are all natural.

Do you re-stretch carpets?We certainly can. Re-stretching is best done prior to cleaning services. Ask about our free onsite estimate!

Does your service remove odors & pet stains?Yes, depending on the severity of the stain, how long it has been there, and the color and type of carpet. We will do our best to remove the stain completely, and can tell you more after a visual inspection.

What do I need to do to prepare for an appointment?We ask that you pick up and move light items from the floor. Couches, love seats, and other heavier furniture will be moved carefully by our technicians. Vacuuming the areas prior to our arrival will speed up the service as well.

Do you clean mattresses?Yes. Studies show your mattress should be deep cleaned with every change of the seasons to remove allergens, sweat, dust, and dust mites.
